These sessions have moved outdoors to Bedgebury for the Summer

Fitness sessions

Bedgebury Pinetum and Forest, Tuesday and Thursdays.

Tuesdays:
08.30 – 09.30 Early Bird Runners. 5-8k morning run.
10.30 – 11.30 Fitness session.*
1.30 – 2.30 Fitness/Suspension training session.* 1-2-1 or small group.*

Thursdays:
08.30 – 09.30 Slower/Longer 8-10k morning run.
11.30 – 12.30 Fitness session.*
1.30 – 2.30 Fitness/suspension training session. 1-2-1 or small group*
6.30 – 7.30 pm Bedgebury Bootcamp
